Key Responsibilities The role will be the first point of contact for L&OD queries and be responsible for all related administration. Support L&OD team in daily tasks and ad hoc work-related activities. Providing expert coordination for the range of all L&OD activities ensuring that a quality service is delivered to all Ofgem colleagues. Providing professional advice and guidance to promote a learning culture at Ofgem. Collate and maintain data and management information to allow for analysis and decision making - providing monthly management information and dashboards highlighting trends across professions and wider Ofgem. Communicating effectively, raising awareness of L&OD development opportunities available for Ofgem colleagues, promoting courses, programmes, initiatives. Key Outputs and Deliverables Act as an ambassador for L&OD by providing a service of excellence to all levels of stakeholders across Ofgem. Coordinate bookings, logistics and feedback for all L&OD activities/initiatives, including courses/programmes from "Your LOD Offer", coaching and mentoring and the Civil Service Accelerated Development Schemes e.g. FLS/SLS. Creation of timely communications, wire articles, monthly newsletters, engage posts, LOD section in Ofgem Matters. Quality assurance of the LOD Sharepoint Hub and raising Purchase Orders. Work with external providers and be a first point of contact regarding planning and organising courses. Attend meetings and supporting L&OD initiatives. Collation of data required for analysis and audit purposes. Effective record keeping and organisation of the LOD Sharepoint document team area, updating and maintaining registers/trackers. Excellent IT skills including MS Office - especially Excel. Expert planning and prioritising capability and able to manage conflicting priorities. High degree of organisation and prioritisation. Strong team working and customer focus ethic. Willing to work towards a relevant L&OD qualification or relevant experience. Desirable Enhanced communication skills and attention to detail.
