As an SEMH Support Worker, you will:
1. Work closely with children requiring additional support for their social and emotional needs.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a candidate who:
1. Has experience supporting children with Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs, preferably in a primary school setting.
2. Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
3. Can adapt to individual pupil needs and implement tailored support strategies.
4. Is proactive, resourceful, and dedicated to fostering a positive environment for all learners.
5. Prior experience with Early Years pupils is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours:
Full-time, term-time only: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.
