Financial Manager Job Description
The Sherpa Group is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to play a key role in managing the financial health and operational efficiency of our company.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day financial activities, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing operational processes & reporting to support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all financial operations, including invoicing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
* Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
* Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and board review.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
* Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
* Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external accountants.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in finance or operations management.
* Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge.
* Experience in using financial software and CRM platforms.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
