Due to ongoing expansion and relocation to a new office, we are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is office based only with no remote working.
Do you possess the following skills?
* Scheduling Customer Visits
* Ability to plan routes to ensure workload is managed efficiently
* Good understanding of all Office software
* Good communication skills
* Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
The primary role is to plan and schedule jobs for our Gym Equipment Service Engineers, handle inbound and outbound calls, raise parts orders, and address general customer queries. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate an understanding of scheduling workload for field-based engineers.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage service/repair workload and allocate them to our Engineers ensuring they have a suitable workload for the day/week.
* Contact sites to arrange suitable dates.
* Close down jobs on the system and update the client where necessary.
* Support Engineers with parts fulfilment.
* Invoicing for completed jobs.
* Carry out any other administrative duties and support tasks.
Key Skills:
* Computer skills, administrative experience, and phone etiquette are essential core skills for this role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with strong organizational skills.
* Experience with QuickBooks, data entry, and clerical tasks is beneficial.
* Familiarity with Google Suite and a background in office administration are advantageous for this position.
