JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Circa GBP 50,000 plus
THE ROLE:
A highly regarded property litigation team is looking to recruit an additional Property Litigation Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of complex property disputes. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role within the progressive team, working closely with experienced lawyers and supporting the diverse client base. Your role will be varied and include managing a caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, rent reviews and boundary disputes. In addition to the above you will be representing clients as well as drafting legal documents and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
THE CANDIDATE:
Newly Qualified Solicitors who have completed at least one seat within property litigation are encouraged for this role. You will be gaining exposure to a varied and challenging caseload of property litigation matters and will have gained relevant experience within a leading City, national or regional law firm. You will have a strong knowledge of property law, strong negotiation skills together with excellent drafting and problem:solving abilities.
