Job Title: Social Worker – Learning Disabilities Team
Location: Cardiff
Rate : £32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is looking for Qualified Social worker to work with people with Learning Disabilities and their carers to achieve personal outcomes and to enhance their independence and coping skills.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will work within current legislation and Council policy, procedures, and practice to assess, commission, and review services, including planned interventions, for the client group. You will also work within the statutory guidance and policy/procedural framework to assist in protecting those who are at risk or vulnerable.

Qualifications and Experiences: To be successful in this role you must have Social Care Wales registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
