In our Nuclear Process teams, we tackle projects involving everything from fuels, decommissioning, new build, and defence. Our Graduate Programme
Our two-year graduate scheme is the ideal launchpad for nuclear and chemical engineering graduates looking to achieve Chartered status.
You'll gain invaluable, hands-on experience with industry-leading teams across a variety of large-scale and complex projects, setting the foundation for a successful career in design and engineering.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer in our team, you'll support the generation and delivery of high-quality design documentation and drawings, gaining practical experience with calculations, specifications, reports, and design elements associated with advanced engineering environments.
Your projects may range from power stations and chemical facilities to high-sensitivity nuclear developments.
What We're Looking For
We seek graduates with a passion for Chemical Engineering, EC&I, or Nuclear Engineering, particularly those interested in complex process systems, nuclear environments, and cutting-edge engineering solutions.
You'll need to hold or be on track for at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree, such as:
* Chemical Engineering,
* Nuclear Engineering, or related fields
And be ready to embrace a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You'll thrive on challenging conventions and are committed to continuous learning and customer-focused delivery.
Due to the recent changes to salary thresholds set by UKVI, BakerHicks graduate positions do not meet the requirements to support new entrant visa sponsorship. Therefore, all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the United Kingdom.
Additionally, many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors.
