Job Description
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner operational hiring teams who deliver a facilities management service to our client's nuclear fleet (8 stations Nationally). You'll deliver an efficient and effective recruitment service, and an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience. This includes volume and niche recruiting, along with developing and implementing best in class recruitment and talent strategies.
This is a brand new role and will be ideal if you already have in-house recruitment experience where you've partnered hiring teams to improve recruitment beyond filling vacancies.
Location
Hybrid - as a guide:
* 2-3 days per week Home based
* 1 day every week: Aztec West office, Almondsbury, Bristol
* 2 x per quarter: pre-planned visits UK wide (due to locations these may include an overnight stay)
Hours of Work
* Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30/9am -5/5.30pm
