This role can be contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office and covers stock throughout Hampshire. You’ll spend the majority of your time out and about surveying, but don't worry, we’ll reimburse you for part of your mileage, so you’ll not be out of pocket. You’ll take ownership from appointment making stage, through to validating and uploading data into the asset database, making sure that the data is always accurate and up to date. Should your survey pick up any building defects, these will be reported through the appropriate channels. You’ll be a good communicator with a strong customer focus and a drive for customer satisfaction, and the ability to adapt your communication and pitch as appropriate for the audience. You’ll be able to manage your own diary to book and attend appointments and will have the necessary strong time management and prioritisation skills needed to achieve the agreed number of completed surveys weekly. Ultimately working well to deadlines and under pressure during busy periods. As we carry out paperless surveys, you’ll be competent using technology and the systems alongside this with the necessary system training. You’ll have experience and knowledge of surveying, asset management, or similar, however training will also be provided where needed. You’ll need to have a full current driving licence and access to a car available for business use.
