We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our accommodation services as a unit manager at Beech Hill House. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership for the right individual. We are looking for someone who shares in our ambitions and is committed to ensuring that service users receive enhanced standards of care and support.
You must have extensive knowledge and experience of social care services and demonstrate you have the skills and knowledge to be able to make decisions which support our policy framework, standards, and service objectives.
As a Unit Manager you will oversee the day to day running of the service. You will lead and manage a variety of staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach and ensure that the care is delivered in delivered in line with service user’s needs, organisational policies and current frameworks and legislation.
