Job Description
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students with SEMH needs in a variety of settings, including classrooms and breakout areas
* Developing and implementing tailored support plans to meet the needs of individual students
* Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create a comprehensive support package
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as youth work or special educational needs
* Experience of working with children and young people, particularly those with SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
