Purpose of the Role Were seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Trainer to manage a caseload of Apprenticeship learners. Youll design and deliver engaging and challenging teaching, learning, and assessment sessions, supporting and mentoring learners to help them excel in their careers. Youll also ensure employers are confident in our ability to meet their business needs. Key Responsibilities Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of learners to meet retention and achievement targets. Teaching & Assessment: Design and develop outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment materials. Record Keeping: Keep accurate records, monitor, and report on learner performance using the e-portfolio system (SmartAssessor). Feedback & Development: Provide feedback that offers stretch, challenge, and progression opportunities. Employer Engagement: Engage with employers to ensure their involvement in Apprenticeship Programmes and learner reviews. Sector Awareness: Stay updated with sector trends to ensure our delivery meets industry expectations. Preparation for EPA: Ensure learners are well-prepared for End-Point Assessment (EPA). Core Competencies Engage learners and support their ambitions. Solve problems and make effective decisions. Communicate professionally with stakeholders. Promote equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values. Manage time effectively for planning, delivery, and assessment. Main Duties Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to access potential learner cohorts. Keep and maintain online records for tracking learner engagement, assessment, and achievement. Carry out delivery and assessments to awarding body standards. Adhere to and achieve KPI targets for new enrolments and learner progressions. Participate in internal and external quality improvement processes. Promote the Innovative Alliance brand in line with our vision, mission, values, and principles.
