Our client is a well established SME based in Stevenage who due to growth are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrator to join their company on a full time permanent basis. The right person will have all round administration skills and be a team player who wants the opportunity to progress in the future. Based in the office 5 days a week 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday. Salary £28,000p/a - £35,000p/a Maintaing and monitor internal and external training sessions and required docs. Ensuring contractors have the relevant training and compliance requirements depending on the project. Liaising directly with them regarding queries or requesting information Responsible for compiling all H&S data for before, during and after a project finishes. All associated preparation of subcontractor payments Making CIS payments Coordinate and manage the H&S matrix Liaising with the finance teams to deal with any adjustments and queries.
