Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Duties
* Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
* Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Booking appointments and managing multiple diaries
* Support various administrative tasks as required to enhance team productivity.
Skills
* Proficient in clerical tasks with a strong emphasis on data entry accuracy.
* Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong administrative capabilities with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
* Competent in using computers for various office functions and able to type efficiently.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all communications within the office environment.
