Hours: Part Time (9.30am – 2pm Monday to Friday)
Salary/annum: £23,000-£25,000 FTE

Description of role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Administrator to support the smooth operation within our Facilities & Hospitality team. The Administrator will coordinate with internal teams, maintain office systems and ensure efficient office operations. Strong communication skills, time management and proficiency are essential in this role. The position requires multi-tasking and a proactive attitude.
The role will assist in Facilities, Hospitality and provide Reception desk support during times of absence/lunch breaks.
Key accountabilities:
* Provide administrative support to Hospitality, Reception & Facilities
* Provide excellent customer service to customers, tenants & visitors
* Raising invoices & orders
* Populating of permits and completing visitor notifications
* Work scheduling and responding to inbox enquiries
