We are looking for a confident Female Day Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week during the day, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Chaseways.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Offering enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
* Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
* Learning about individuals' specific needs and providing help in the most appropriate way
* Assisting with medical and welfare needs
* Reporting on medical and welfare needs as required
* Safeguarding
