Alpine F1 Team is looking for a dedicated Production Administrator to support our production team. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with the opportunity for part-time or full-time work.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to the production department, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of all tasks.
* Processing timesheets, handling agency enquiries, and coordinating with external contractors.
* Maintaining and organising paperwork and records.
* Accurately inputting and updating data in departmental databases and systems.
* Acting as a liaison between the production departments and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Ensuring all activities comply with industry standards, team policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Preparing regular reports on departmental activities and project progress.
* Identifying and implementing process improvements within the department.
* General administration support for the team.
The Person
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Proactive and self-motivated.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset.
