Main Responsibilities: Leverage your expertise in SIP, VoIP, VoLTE, and advanced troubleshooting to keep systems running smoothly. Work with the latest technologies, including Node.js, FreeSwitch, Linux, and Windows, in both cloud (AWS) and on-premise environments. Solve critical product issues, support new technology deployments, and mentor junior team members. Skills/Experience Required: Extensive Experience: Proven track record in 3rd line IT support, handling escalated issues and providing advanced troubleshooting. SIP Mastery: Hands-on expertise with SIP-based systems, ideally within telecommunications, call centres, or large enterprise environments. Technical Prowess: Demonstrated experience managing Windows and Linux servers, AWS cloud services, and diagnosing SIP-related issues using tools like Wireshark. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator. CCNP or ITIL Foundation certifications are highly desirable. Networking Expertise: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall rules impacting SIP communications. Problem-Solving Ninja: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex problems under pressure. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
