Junior MI Analyst

The Role
We are looking for a Junior MI Analyst to support with the reporting of Management Information to our clients, vendors and Senior Management team.
You will be responsible for compiling client specific reports from various data sources and produce them in a suitable format for distribution. You will also be responsible for analysing performance against client KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and work with the on-site teams to ensure the accurate and timely production of scheduled production reports
Production of ad-hoc reports as required by the business and clients
Learn appropriate and effective use of VMS (e.g. Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, VNDLY), including how to prepare reports and properly utilize report data
Assist in maintaining team tools/documentation to ensure information updates/changes are accurate and consistent
Create VMS reports for new clients and data warehouse enhancements
Perform special projects as assignedEssential Skills/Experience:
Exceptional level of attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Basic knowledge of Excel
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills, and the ability to hit aggressive deadlines and cope with regular interruptions
Team player who can effectively communicate with internal and external customers
