St John’s Catholic Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated, and inspirational Deputy Headteacher who can support the Headteacher in leading the school to the next stage on its exciting journey. The Governing Body are looking to appoint a practising Catholic who has a clear vision of excellence and a strong, personal Catholic faith which will inspire staff, children and parents.
Governors are committed to appointing a Deputy Headteacher who:

5. Will promote values that maintain a disciplined, orderly school with a caring Catholic ethos.
6. Will be responsible for TAs and their appraisals.
7. Has the ability to develop and build excellent relations with local primary schools, families, the parish and the wider community.
