This person will support with the tasks related to the commercial area of the company and will report to the Business Development Manager To establish business partnerships with Endiprev’s clients to fulfil the company’s business objectives, being responsible for all stages of the business process, i.e., promotion, prospection, proposal, negotiation, contracting, after-sales client follow-up, financial control (e.g., invoicing, inflow). To prepare and review business proposals for clients, including a previous analysis of the requirements inherent to Endiprev compliance with the proposals. To prepare, comply, and demand compliance with cost and profit budgeting related to business proposals. To assess, analyze, approve, or reject risks associated with a business proposal in its various dimensions, such as its technical execution, contractual compliance by the client, or applicable legal requirements. To collect and analyze the client's perception and assessment of Endiprev's delivery (commercial and technical). To present the brand and involve clients through communication campaigns (e.g., social networks online, marketing e-mails, business visits, etc.) together with the company’s management. To define and design ads, and printed publications, among others. To cooperate with Endiprev’s remaining areas to develop the company’s productiveness, agility, and effectiveness, namely in the areas interacting more closely with the business area. To guarantee an efficient and effective execution of processes. To comply with safety rules and procedures established by Endiprev and/or by clients. Cooperate, whenever requested by the Manager, with people from homologous departments of the Group's companies. Ensure the requirements from the point of view of your functions associated with meeting the requirements of the VCU system.
