Role Purpose
We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Influencer Manager with a robust background in strategy, client management, and relationship-building within an agency setting. This pivotal strategic role will support our expanding team, overseeing all client initiatives across both Jungle and The Wild. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6-7 years of specialised experience in social media and influencer marketing.
A comprehensive understanding of social platforms, industry best practices, and both current and emerging trends is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of not only planning and delivering, but leading impactful influencer campaigns and programs.
Candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for multi-channel planning, with a particular emphasis on social-first approaches.
While creativity is intrinsic to influencer roles, we seek someone equally proficient in both creative ideation and data analysis, fluent in all aspects of paid media, and skilled at developing comprehensive influencer ecosystems.
Requirements
What you’ll be doing as a Senior Creator & Influencer Manager
* Strategic Vision - Design and develop multi-channel influencer and creator campaign strategies, focusing on delivering client KPIs
* Improve processes: Drive maximum efficiencies in terms of process, structure and output - in terms of optimising ways of working and investigating and utilising next-gen tools
* Product development: Develop products and solutions to further advance our creator and influencer offering, including defining outputs, templates, resourcing and costings
* Future planning: Own and develop the product and solution roadmap for creator and influencer, including designing custom solutions.
* Develop new best practice: Lead the centralisation of the creator and influencer offering, setting up new ways of working
* Own Client relationships: play a lead role in client meetings and pitches, provide insight into influencer strategies, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
* Source and Secure Talent: Find the perfect partners based on project needs, brand fit, and key performance metrics.
* Build Strong Relationships: Manage communications, negotiations, budgets, and contracts with talent and their reps, ensuring a positive collaborative experience.
* Forecast: Manage forecasting of client proposals and campaigns in terms of forecasted outcomes for organic and paid influencer campaigns.
* Oversee Campaign Execution: Ensure creator content aligns with objectives, briefs, and client expectations. Deliver campaigns smoothly and on schedule.
* Analyse and Report: Collect and analyse performance data from organic creator output to draw actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.
* Lead and Mentor: Guide Influence/Social Media Managers and Executives, supporting their professional development through regular feedback and performance reviews.
