We are looking for a highly strategic and dynamic Director of Partnerships to join Optimove’s revenue organization and spearhead Optimove’s EMEA partnership strategy. Reporting to the NYC-based Senior Director of Partnerships, you will build and manage strategic relationships with Cloud Providers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and System Integrators (Sis). In this high-visibility role, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, driving technology and commercial opportunities, and developing impactful strategies that fuel global revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel in collaboration, influence, and execution, ensuring the successful delivery of initiatives that enhance Optimove’s brand and pipeline. The role is based in our London office and the candidate should be able to commute to our office 3x a week. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the EMEA region in support of the company’s commercial and product objectives. Cultivate nascent partnerships, as well as identify and manage new partnerships to drive pipeline growth and go-to-market opportunities. Articulate the Optimove vision, technology, and value proposition to current and prospective partners. Develop and cultivate champions across the partner ecosystem with a focus on revenue growth, joint value selling, and account mapping. Work closely with the product marketing team to identify and execute on relevant co-marketing opportunities. Collaborate with the partner integrations manager to align on technical requirements, use cases and joint solutions designed to drive innovation. Identify and accelerate new technology and integration opportunities, creating compelling business cases to justify strategic investments. Serve as a key enabler for sales, marketing, product management, and other internal teams, fostering a unified approach to achieving partnership goals. Travel up to 25% to foster and maintain key strategic partnerships and represent Optimove at industry events and conferences, amplifying the brand's presence. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in a senior partnership role, with a proven track record of managing agency partners, ISVs and SIs. Demonstrated experience in building, nurturing, and scaling strategic partnerships. Expertise in negotiating program terms that deliver mutual value for both partners and the business, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills. Deep familiarity with MarTech and Cloud landscape; experience within CRM, CDP, or Email (ESP) category a plus. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to tailor messages to diverse audiences across industries and verticals.
