Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Reports to: General Manager
Position Summary
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for on-site installations, calibrations, commissioning, and training for new product purchases. He or she will also perform remote and onsite troubleshooting and repairs on the Company’s asphalt and concrete product lines. The position will be based in their home office in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform installations, calibrations, service, retrofits, maintenance, and all start up and commissioning activities at customer locations for the Company’s asphalt and concrete product lines;
2. Learn the operation/maintenance and service protocols for the Company’s portfolio of manufactured products;
3. Provide remote and on-line diagnostic support to customers as required;
4. Work closely with the Company’s engineers in Milan, Italy to be able to offer a complete technical support solution to our customers;
5. Record all customer support activities in the Controls Service Support Ticketing system;
6. Support the Company’s Sales Team on applications, service, or warranty issues;
