EYFS Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
* Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
* Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
* Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
* Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
