Job description:
We are looking for a bright and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Spring Recruitment. The right candidate will have experience in implementing paid campaigns, or a keen interest in learning, and will be excited to develop skills in delivering digital campaigns to deliver change.
The role will entail working with the wider digital team to develop and deliver digital campaigns, utilizing and growing their knowledge across platforms and channels – including learning about and supporting on website content and experience, social media, and email marketing.
Our digital marketing executives help with the day-to-day delivery of work across numerous accounts and are expected to work closely with the digital team and the wider agency to ensure a high-quality output for our clients.
Job responsibilities:
Implementing and helping to shape paid digital promotion campaigns using platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Ads, YouTube, and display advertising.
Providing day-to-day paid media support, assisting the team with successful delivery of digital communications activity.
Analyzing and reporting on paid media campaigns, providing optimization recommendations where needed.
Making recommendations to improve content, and helping with the management and delivery of the social media strategy and day to day activity across key platforms.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company's services, including website
optimization, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, such as blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts, to attract and engage target audiences.
Manage and enhance the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Generate leads through inbound and outbound marketing efforts, including content marketing, email campaigns, lead magnets, and targeted advertising.
The Ideal Candidate:
In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms for the key social channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, and experience in setting up ads on these platforms.
Experience working with social media monitoring and publishing tools.
A knowledge across that spans the digital user journey, including experience creating or recommending optimizations for content for a variety of channels including web pieces (blogs/landing pages), social media posts, graphics, and videos.
Experience of managing CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) is desirable.
Basic Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Rush, InDesign etc.) or equivalent design software would be an advantage.
