Job Description Summary The LEAP Customer Program Manager is responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned LEAP Services agreements in the Europe & Africa pole. The CPM will need to work closely with Safran CSPM to support customers with timely and efficient execution of their contract while identifying and managing key drivers for contract profitability. This will include but is not limited to removal planning, workscoping strategy, shop cost management, dispute resolution with customers, invoicing. This role requires regular interaction with members of the customer service, MRO, field service, technical, repair service and/or other teams. The CPM will also need to assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals and function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. May guide others to consider a different point of view. Required Qualifications This role requires significant experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
