We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who ideally has 2 years of branch-based property sales experience. You will be working with a network of branches nationally, setting the standards of marketing, liaising with clients to agree and progress transactions and ensuring the journey from instruction to sales agreed run smoothly. We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional that can drive the performance of our client’s Sales portfolio who understands the conveyancing process and has an ability to forge relationships within the business to drive the best result. The business works with Investors and Institutional clients, handling the sales function of medium to large-scale portfolios. This is an office-based role, and the performance will depend on your ability to build strong relationships with our various branches, working with the sales teams to generate the best outcome for our clients. Key Responsibilities To identify and instruct the appropriate marketing branch(es) To monitor the marketing of the property and check that the branch has completed all appropriate marketing including internet advertising, adding the property to the branch mailing list, erecting a For Sale board and placing the property in the branch window display. To obtain a weekly update from the marketing branch regarding viewing numbers and feedback. To instigate price reductions if necessary To manage the negotiation of any offer received between the client and the branch. To consult with solicitors to ensure the conveyancing process is effectively managed and enquiries are chased on both sides. To report to clients, providing regular updates on sales activity and performance To drive sales performance of the portfolio within the terms of the Service Level Agreement. Ensure effective management of conveyancing process. Be committed to achieving or exceeding own, team, department, and company targets. Required Skills for the Position.
