Job Description:
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
We are recruiting a Data Analyst / System Configuration Coordinator for a 12-month contract based in Oxford.
On Offer:

* Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Role Overview
The role involves supporting KBR’s Service Packages for the NWS Major Capital Programme at the Geological Disposal Facility. The Data Analyst will work in an agile environment, delivering remotely and face-to-face at our client's office in Oxfordshire.
Core Responsibilities
* Configure activities of the Atamis system to support the Programme
* Deliver end-user training
* Provide guidance to maintain best practices in Atamis
* Develop record management processes and policies
* Develop and maintain automated processes
* Monitor, validate, and sanitise data
* Collaborate with the Contracts and Commercial team to ensure data quality
* Analyse and interpret data sets
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards
Skills / Experience
* Experience with Atamis, Salesforce, or similar systems
* Customization of objects, fields, formulae, flows, and user solutions
* Experience as a Data or Business Data Analyst
* Knowledge of data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation
* Statistics knowledge and experience with statistical analysis tools
* Contract Management/Procurement Supply Chain experience in major projects
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical skills for handling large data sets
* Interpersonal skills
Qualifications
BSc or equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
