Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Per Year, Plus Benefits

Ideal Candidate Profile: CNC Operations Manager
1. Past experience in the aerospace or defence sector.
2. Robust leadership acumen; ability to coach and mentor young engineers.
3. Advanced proficiency in precision engineering.
4. Driven towards enhancing company performance in quality, OTIF, and sales.
5. Adept at production planning and managing budgets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities: CNC Operations Manager
1. Cultivate a vibrant workplace atmosphere through leadership, mentoring, and development of the shop floor teams.
2. Collaborate seamlessly with senior management and supervisors to optimize workflows and production schedules.
3. Spearhead operational decision-making.
4. Advocate for and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, as well as ISO9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001 Regulatory standards.
5. Oversee the scheduled production plan, strategizing with the Planning Manager to navigate challenges.
6. Deliver exception reports on production progress and engage in proactive problem-solving during production.
7. Champion efficiency, quality assurance, and high-quality standards across all products and services.
8. Implement the 5S philosophy in the workplace.
