You will take day to day operational responsibility of the Examinations and Timetabling functions within Colchester Institute ensuring a consistently high quality and effective service is provided to all stakeholders. You will also provide operational line management of the Exams and Timetabling Team, providing advice, support and guidance on process and procedures aligned to college procedures and external requirements.
About you
You will be educated to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent. You will have experience of researching and examining complex policies and regulations ensuring these are understood and adhered to along with line management experience. Working with complex database systems for processing of data, interrogation, extraction and reporting is a key part of the role.
