Work closely with the PR & Social Media Manager to drive external activations, thought leadership initiatives, and executive profile building. Support senior marketing stakeholders in shaping an integrated marketing communications plan. Responsibilities Content Development and Management: Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality, customer-focused content that establishes leadership in workplace experience and process automation, while reinforcing its expertise. This includes content such as blog posts, presentations, web pages, video scripts, and speeches for both inbound and outbound marketing efforts. Event Content Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Functions to deliver comprehensive content for corporate events, including pre-event promotion, on-site materials, and post-event follow-up for both broad and targeted audiences. This includes crafting event invitations, nurture flows, web copy, and booth content. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with EMEA marketing teams, agencies, and copywriters to identify key themes and messages that resonate with target audiences and align with the corporate values. Website and SEO Enhancement: Partner with the Digital and Demand teams to support website updates, leveraging SEO-optimised content to improve the company's online presence, increase search rankings, drive web traffic, and generate leads. Copywriting and Editing Support: Provide expert copywriting, editing, and proofreading assistance to all marketing functions, ensuring consistency and high-quality content across all customer-facing touchpoints. This includes support for communications, digital marketing, customer engagement, sales enablement, and partner marketing. Asset Optimisation and ROI Monitoring: Engage with broader functions to identify high-performing assets, analyse dormant content, and enhance return on investment (ROI) from content. Content Performance Tracking: Work closely with the Content Operations, Demand, and Commercial Operations teams to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for content programs and individual assets. Content Governance and Consistency: Collaborate with the Content Operations team to develop templates and guidelines for content governance, ensuring a consistent go-to-market approach across the business. Content Calendar and Auditing: Support the content managers in managing the central content calendar and conducting regular audits of the content inventory. Recommend updates, archiving, or repurposing of content to keep corporate assets accurate, relevant, and up to date. Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage scheduling and resource allocation for cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and meetings run smoothly. Requirements: Substantial experience in corporate marketing roles, such as communications or editorial. Strong written and verbal English communication abilities, with excellent attention to detail in proofreading and copywriting (including brand voice, style, and grammar). Skilled at crafting both long-form and short-form content, including precise copy for speeches, events, and marketing materials. A clear and consistent storyteller, capable of aligning business strategy with market trends to create compelling, customer-focused content. A proactive, flexible individual with a structured approach to work, able to thrive in fast-paced environments. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Proven ability to swiftly grasp new business concepts and apply this knowledge to content creation. A positive team member with strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience working in an international setting, with sensitivity to cultural differences and nuances. 6-7 years of related experience in areas such as content marketing, campaigns, and communications.
