This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £24,895 - £28,132 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Infrastructure CIL S106 Admin Officer with attention to details to join our Infrastructure team.
The Role:
* To manage CIL and S106 cases through the Exacom IT system to support the Team Manager in ensuring that the council manages its obligations under the relevant regulations.
* To support the Team Manager with the development and maintenance of written processes, in partnership with other teams across the planning services to ensure efficient and effective management of CIL and S106 income.
* To work with others across the council to contribute to improving CIL and S106 processes and ensure they represent good value for money.
* To deal with general CIL and S106 enquiries, maintaining professional and courteous correspondence with developers and agents.
* To report against the agreed performance management targets to maintain high levels of customer service.
* To support team manager when preparing annual reporting of CIL income in line with the CIL regulations.
* To engage with all relevant stakeholders including Parish Councils and deal with enquiries in a timely manner.
