The Marketing Manager SELUTION SLR is an important position within the International Marketing Team at Cordis. This individual will develop & execute the International marketing strategy for our SELUTION SLR DEB portfolio.
Responsabilidades
1. Development and execution of the SELUTION SLR Drug-Eluting Balloon product strategy.
2. Develops and manages marketing plan for all DEBs in the region in alignment with Global Marketing and International commercial groups to grow the business and meet/exceed Business Plan forecasts.
3. Become a product expert on the product lines and work closely with our local commercial marketing partners across the region to drive revenue growth and market share gains.
4. Ensures product knowledge is effectively transferred to commercial regional groups and field organizations in collaboration with the training department.
5. Designs and executes new product launch plans, including positioning, marketing mix & promotional aspects for new products in collaboration with local commercial marketing teams and internal training department to ensure field proficiency during product launches.
6. Ensures successful launch plan execution by closely monitoring timelines and metrics for success.
7. Represents the marketing function on cross-functional new product and new project core teams.
8. Work closely with Global Marketing to develop next generation products and procedural techniques/workflows to ensure Cordis maximizes the opportunity in the market.
9. Develop financial models supporting New Product/Business Development Opportunities in the region, taking into consideration regional variations & various stages of market maturity.
10. Participate in strategic projects and presentations to senior leadership/C-suite.
11. Collaborate with Market Research Group for all competitive intelligence and competitive information related to the product portfolio.
12. Manage own budget.
13. Ensures business continuity through demand planning and forecasting activities with supply chain and regional commercial partners.
14. Interfaces with multiple functions including Clinical & Regulatory, Education & Training and Supply Chain among others to ensure alignment and launch excellence.
Calificaciones
1. Bachelor's degree in science/engineering or finance/Business preferred.
2. Previous experience in management consulting or MBA strongly preferred.
3. A minimum of five years of business experience.
4. Medical device industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
5. Proven track record of strategy development strongly preferred.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
8. Strong presentation skills.
9. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
11. Strategic-minded with superior collaboration skills.
12. Problem solving and decision-making skills.
13. Ability to travel 30% domestic and/or international, including weekend travel.
14. Ability to speak English at a very high level and ideally two more EMEA languages.
