HVAC Business Development Manager
A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specializing in providing full HVAC maintenance support, is looking for an AC & HVAC Business Development Manager to work within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality. The position is based in Woking and covers a patch of London and the home counties inside the M25. You will be responsible for the growth and development of your own leads and turning old unbilling accounts active again. Operating on a non-micro managed structure, you can be as remote as you like and only come into the office when necessary. You will be in control of your own time, fully.
Responsibilities
1. Selling commercial AC solutions and maintenance contracts.
2. Familiarity with water-cooled AC products, wall-mounted AC, ceiling AC units, and ducted air conditioning units.
3. Organizing and attending strategic meetings with senior buyers, Contract and Project Managers.
4. Selling into retail, office spaces, hospitals, restaurants, and data server rooms.
Benefits
You will benefit from a package of up to £50k basic + car allowance + commission scheme of 2% of each sale.
Requirements
1. Living within a reasonable distance of Woking.
2. A proven record of sales within the HVAC sector and familiarity with all AC systems.
3. Experience managing existing accounts and winning new clients while working with a CRM system.
4. A full driving license.
