Commercial Claims Operations Lead
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000
Are you someone that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have a newly created role that has become available as a Commercial Claims Operations Lead. This is a role that is not only fast-paced but needs care and attention.
You will be managing a team of leaders within the department as well as ensuring all SLAs are being met when delivering to commercial clients!
A bit about the job:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership within the Aviva Commercial Motor team. The role provides leadership to team leaders and their teams. These teams are responsible for commercial motor claims handling, relationship building with our broker partners, and clients through to settlement.
Duties will include:
1. Taking the initial notification of a claim from either our broker or client (this varies per area).
2. Guiding the customer proactively through their claim by owning their caseload and incoming work.
3. Investigating technical cover issues where indemnity is not granted.
4. Controlling the hire duration for customer courtesy car.
5. Live chat with Aviva broker partners.

* Starting salary between £40,000 and £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
