The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and customising Learning Management Systems (LMS) and handling Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) returns. This role is pivotal in enhancing HR processes and supporting the educational mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configure and Customise LMS: Implement and optimise Learning Management Systems to meet the specific needs of the institution.
2. HESA Returns: Manage and ensure accurate and timely submission of HESA returns, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
3. HR Processes: Support and improve HR processes within the Higher Education environment, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Independent Work: Work with minimal supervision, providing expertise and reducing the workload of permanent team members.
5. Implementation: Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in configuring and customising LMS.
2. Extensive experience with HESA returns and understanding of HE regulations.
3. Strong background in HR processes, preferably within a Higher Education environment.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Experience in implementing SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
