You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, alongside assisting the manufacturing team with production maintenance issues as required. Description As a Planned Maintenance Technician based on site in Plymouth you will: Maintain equipment ensuring activities are completed on-time and executed according to the plan. Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness Provide leadership for TPM activities as assigned Support the organisation and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program. Attend during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities. Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required Working hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-4pm, Tuesday and Thursday 6am-2pm.
