What you will be doing:
* Assist on the delivery of European projects/solutions across the services portfolio.
* Build knowledge and experience by taking over project deliverables.
* Engage customers by presenting technical information in a straightforward and engaging way.
* Examine trends and themes in data, guiding customers on the use of impartial data.
* Answer tactical questions from customers about products and solutions.
* Deliver services or small customer projects and/or solutions efficiently and effectively.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology or relevant discipline (e.g., HR, Business).
* Excellent communication and proactive work ethic.
* Structured tools (Focus Group, Critical Incident).
* Knowledgeable in statistical analysis of data using Excel.
Desirable:
* Assessment Center/Development Center Design concepts.
* Development tools/360 Feedback.
* Experience in projects and managing customer/stakeholder relationships.
* SPSS.
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
