Media Solutions Engineer Full Time, Permanent Package : £50,000 - £55,000 per annum 10% annual bonus Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Location: Hybrid - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office About the Role: We’re hiring a Media Solutions Engineer - This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You’ll work across data, platforms, and client-facing solutions, helping design, implement, and optimise innovative retail media technology. You'll sit within the Product Proposition team and support our lead Business Analyst, stepping into a delivery role when required and taking ownership of technical solutions, particularly within Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal analysts and client stakeholders to bring bespoke data and media solutions to life Go beyond strategy. You’ll roll up your sleeves to configure, build, and optimize elements of our custom tech stack, particularly within Salesforce. Represent the product team in client meetings, clearly articulating technical solutions and owning delivery when required. Take on ownership of project elements — including data structures, integrations, and dashboard/reporting requirements. What We’re Looking For: Experience in roles spanning retail media, adtech, consulting, or business/data analytics. A background in data engineering, media dashboards, or platform builds — someone who understands what happens both on the frontend and under the hood. Strong technical knowledge of: - Salesforce - architecture, workflows, and system integrations - SQL - data querying and transformation - Tableau, Power BI, or Pyramid - reporting and visualisation tools - Adtech/martech platforms - DSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers, CRM systems Familiarity with how media channels interlink across retail ecosystems. Experience owning end-to-end delivery, not just being part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to distil complex technical concepts into digestible insights for stakeholders.
