First Choice are recruiting for a Team Secretary needed to work in the Ballymoney Area for the Homecare Division. The successful applicant will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a rate of pay of £11.67 per hour. We can offer an immediate start for a position that is set to last at least 3 months with the likelihood of extension. You will be working in a busy department undertaking secretary duties for the department. Duties will include working with other team secretaries to ensure the smooth running of the department. Diary management for the team on both a business and personal level. Answering telephones, taking notes and other general secretarial duties.
