Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Mayfair
Pay: 19 - 24 per hour

Our client, a well-established organisation in the luxury hospitality industry, is seeking an energetic and experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. With a focus on internal recruitment and utilising referral networks, their HR team plays a vital role in attracting and selecting top talent. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded organisation known for their exceptional service and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Utilise Harri and ATS system to screen applications and maintain a vacancy list.
3. Create and send candidate offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Coordinate postings of job adverts to attract top talent.
5. Facilitate communication with hiring managers regarding successful applications.
6. Provide assistance in regretting non-successful applications professionally.
7. Coordinate new starter uniform arrangements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
8. Liaise with new starters to schedule start dates and training sessions.
Skills:
1. Previous experience with Harri and ATS system is highly desirable.
2. Experience within the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
3. Strong recruitment and screening skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
