Experienced Credit Controller required on a temporary basis for a Client in Exeter.
Experience required:
1. Previous experience with Sage 50
2. Contacting customers for payments via telephone and email
3. Taking incoming calls and taking card payments over the phone
4. Passing any service queries to the relevant department
5. Sending copy invoices and statements
6. Contacting customers regarding returned direct debits
7. Emailing customers to advise direct debits have been setup
You will also get trained on the admin/customer service team for peak periods and holiday cover.
Hours are Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm = 37.5 hours per week.
As this is a temporary role, candidates will need to be available to start ASAP after interviewing.
