Description Woodbridge School, Woodbridge, IP12 4JJ Receptionist £10,498 - £12,597 per annum (£21,386 pro rata) Part Time 20 or 24 hours per week (hours listed below), 39 weeks per year Permanent Reference: 0111 20 hours per week: Wednesday 12pm – 5pm, Thursday – Friday 8.30am to 5pm 24 hours per week: Wednesday - Friday 8.30am – 5pm (34 weeks term time, plus 100 hours in school holidays). These hours will be agreed with your line managers to meet the needs of the Reception during the holidays. We are looking to appoint a receptionist to provide professional support to the School on a part time basis. Please include in your application if you would like to be considered for 20 or 24 hours per week. You will provide an efficient and highly customer focused reception service for the School and Seckford Foundation, dealing with all callers, both on the telephone and in person, promptly and courteously. You will also provide support for the wider School Administration team. This is a busy role, and you will need to work accurately under pressure and be able to cope with conflicting deadlines and interruptions. An understanding of the Independent School sector is desirable.
