B2B Sales Associate - West London - £40,000 + commission - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing Baked Goods & ECommerce organisation!
My Client is seeking a B2B Sales Associate to lead on Sales, covering corporate gifting and Wholesale.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential corporate and wholesale clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and wholesale partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate and wholesale sales targets.
4. Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to present the company's products and services.
5. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and company.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues that arise.
8. Identify, onboard, and manage third party corporate and wholesale channels.
9. Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operation teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product offerings.
10. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including pipeline updates and sales performance metrics.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
1. Must have relevant F&B Sales experience.
2. Ideally have experience in Corporate gifting or other corporate funnels.
