My client’s Talent and Capability Practice of Expertise (POE) is searching for a seasoned professional to spearhead the design and delivery of a comprehensive leadership and talent development strategy. This crucial position focuses on equipping leaders with essential skills, behaviours, and values to drive strategic priorities and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

– Influence the leadership landscape of a prestigious, global organisation
– Craft innovative, future-focused leadership development programmes
– Collaborate with senior executives and contribute to cultural transformation
– Engage in a dynamic, supportive environment that values continuous learning and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies for leadership and talent development aligned with my clients culture.
– Deliver bespoke and collective development initiatives for high-potential talent pools.
– Conduct learning needs analysis for senior stakeholders, leveraging external insights for best-in-class solutions.
– Align leadership development with the broader group capability strategy and DE&I strategy.
– Design and manage executive coaching programmes, ensuring diversity and tracking effectiveness
.- Lead the director learning curriculum, maintaining cutting-edge content and partnerships.
– Facilitate engaging learning events and manage programme delivery within time and budget constraints.
– Evaluate and enhance existing development solutions, sharing insights with stakeholders.
– Partner across markets to embed the central management development offer effectively.
– Maintain and expand professional expertise, providing thought leadership within the organisation.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Experience in setting group-wide strategies with executive engagement and approval.
– Proven track record in cultural and behavioural change across the entire learning cycle.
– Expertise in learning design for various formats and levels, including virtual and blended solutions.
– Understanding of diversity and inclusion within leadership development.
– Knowledge of current leadership development interventions and a strong professional network.
– Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted international relationships.
– Up-to-date with the latest learning trends and their application in a business context.
– Strategic thinker, capable of connecting learning initiatives to broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a retail background or from a FTSE 100 company.
