Main duties of the job
To work with the Head of People Services, Resourcing Manager, Flexible Workforce Lead and other key stakeholders to improve the Temporary Staffing service.
Lead on the Project to ensure there is an identified list of agreed workstreams and that the current team are fully trained and versed in their roles and responsibilities to better support the future vision of the function.
Link in with People Services, Rostering, HR Systems, Workforce, Recruitment, Training and Payroll teams to ensure joined up working and improvements are achieved.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to Degree Level or equivalent OR equivalent demonstrable recruitment/HR experience.
* CIPD qualification or working towards this or equivalent experience.
Experience
* Experience of using data for analysis and presenting insights to support decision making and planning especially around continuous improvement.
* Sound judgement and logical approach to decision making with the ability to determine and implement solutions.
* Experience of training individuals and teams.
* Significant recent experience of working with Temporary Staffing systems including Health Roster and Bank Staff.
* Formal Project Management training e.g., Prince 2.
