Job Description
As General Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage the UK business to achieve business objectives.

The Successful Applicant
The General Manager should have:
* A track record of selling Retail IT technology solutions. The requirement for selling technology solutions into the Retail sector is an absolute must for the role.
* Ideally an enterprise customer focus and take a hands on approach to sales as well as driving sales through teams.
* Both a sales and operational leadership background.
* A proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi functional team.
* A sales led background with a track record of delivering growth.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales metrics and forecasting trends.
* The willingness to travel for client meetings, including weekly travel to their Leeds office.
