Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, High Wycombe Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £83.85 - £95 Per day Job Duties: Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of the teacher Assisting with lesson preparation and planning Working with individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Providing support for students with special educational needs Assisting with administrative tasks related to teaching Required Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification Education: Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths Experience: No specific experience required, but previous experience in a school setting is advantageous Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Patience and empathy when working with students Basic understanding of educational principles Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: Part-time hours, typically during school hours Work in a classroom setting under the supervision of a teacher Opportunity to support students in their educational development All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
