Project Manager Opportunity - Major Infrastructure Project Red Sky Personnel is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile civil engineering project in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a technically complex assignment with a well-established infrastructure contractor. Role Details: Location: Wales (with flexibility for nearby regions) Start Date: Immediate Duration: 8 months Rate: Competitive (CIS) - Accommodation provided Project Overview: You'll be managing the delivery of a major infrastructure project involving complex shaft excavation work. The role requires ensuring compliance with contract specifications, maintaining project timelines, budgets, and safety standards while coordinating subcontractors and liaising with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Oversee excavation and structural support for a deep shaft. Ensure all work complies with NEC contract guidelines and civil engineering best practices. Manage subcontractors and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to deliver the project on time and within budget. Monitor quality control, project documentation, and Health & Safety protocols for deep excavation. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 11-hour shifts What We're Looking For: Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale civil engineering or deep excavation projects. Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts. Effective leadership skills to manage subcontractors, budgets, and schedules. Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations related to civil engineering projects. Flexibility to be on-site for the duration of the project.
